Where Can I Get A Free Version Of Mirc?

My question is this, I know that there is a free version of mIRC, and when I go to launch it, it wants me to pay to register the product. So where can I get a totally free version of mIRC at?

you can still use it after the 30 days without registering it, I'm on my 350th day at the moment I think :P

What do I do about the fact of the connection, I am not able to connect, it runs through the whole attempts and nothing comes from it, so what would be the best way to deal with that?
