Could have something to do with the fact that the majority of the topics in the HMR forum are from 2006 - that is "Last Post" was made in 2006... Five or six were in 2007, and only the top three were in the past two months.
As far as activity is concerned, that's pretty dead.

Kaine, I fully accept that the HMR Forum is inactive, I was answering the question about the House itself being inactive.
Thought I ought to clarify about that.
