What is the Fictional Development?

It's the development of Tally in the fictionaldepartment. sort of.. how do we we get the money we do to support ourselves, any fictional structure around Tally, [Expletive Deleted] like that.

I'm still not sure I understand the project. Is it just building collection of fictional facts about Taldryan?

Somewhat... basically, when Rebirth is released it'll add a lot of dimension to the DBs "role playing" aspect. Things such as a credit system, and the prestige system, etc... Well it just brings up a lot of RP questions like where the hell are we getting all this money from? Things like that. The DGM opened a discussion group some time back to figure out some of the basic ideas behind most of those fictional questions, I decided we'd start a similar thing based more around the Clan's fictional needs. Like our military, how we make our money/support our troops, ships, etc. It's those kinds of details that add a lot to fictional plots and run ons. Plus it's cool to have it all shown somewhere.

After the discussions we'll work on publishing the information on the Taldryan site. Hope that answered your questions.
