What kind of charachter graphic that you looking for?
If it a computer generated graphic I'm not the one but if it an old school technic with pen I would be glad to help you.

I can do character pictures, but keep in mind they look like manga characters, if you really want it I can do western characters too though.
As for 3D graphics, I can do that too, but it might take some more time as it's not always easy to make them
