I'm Impressed.
Try using color burn or other layer preferences to give the background some dynamic tune.
and well. except for the lower white square thingy but that shouldnt be a problem

Save it as a GIF. You can make it transparent without issues.
PNG works as well, too.

GIF is best for Animation
JPEG is all around
PNG is for renders and hang overs on sigs........

That's not actually PNGs fault, nor ImageShack's, but rather IE's rather buggy implementation of displaying PNGs. In a halfway decent browser such as
Firefox,
Opera,
Safari or even
IE for Mac PNGs show up with transparency just fine.
In fact, PNG should be preferred over GIF in nearly all cases because it supports more than 256 colors, has a full alpha layer (meaning you can do half-transparent things as well... especially neat if you want nice smooth transparent edges) and is not encumbered by patents. The only thing PNG cannot do is animation (but see
MNG), but then again, animated GIFs are so lame/annoying that no one in their right mind would use them in the first place.

Ylith, this one is alot better from your last one....even without brushing
But one thing to look at is the background...it really doesnt fit the scheme of the sig.....and besides the loooooooong stretch of the sig itself....you did a good job.....out of a 10 id give ya 8.5

My only beef with my sig is the lasers, after having a fresh look at it, they suck...but the render changes drastically color wise with all the special stuff for it.
go figure...well anyways thats #32...so back to the drawining board....
As for Yliths....
I can make out the face, and a body but that background has confused me....I dont get it I guess.
