With the upcoming resignation of Proconsul Khobai, I am seeking a new Proconsul for Clan Arcona.
What I need is someone who is actively committed to helping me make a great Clan. A good IRC presence would be handy, and ideas always go well. Also include your previous leadership experience and anything else you feel is relevant.
