Hey everyone,

I'd like to hear some thoughts about what games they'd like to see added to the DB's current list of platforms.

The only thing is that they have to be Sci-fi genre games.

So without further ado, get to postin some games :P

There is actually one SW game missing - Rebellion/Supremacy.

Yes, it's old, but XvT is still supported and not all of us have flashy computers that can play the newest games.

A small galaxy HQ victory game shouldn't take much longer than a game of EAW, anyhow.

Maybe this is just me remembering fond memories, but I always found Quake III to be a lot of fun.

if XVT and XWA support win 7 64bit, I would love to have this games in my gaming arsenal :P

I don't know if they work on Win7. TIECD, of course, does, but that's no good for you right now. :P

Does Warcraft 3 count sci-fi? It's basically the same as Starcraft but it's just different in its own ways and is very interesting (for those of us who don't have good enough graphics for Starcraft 2) heh

Blah. I'd love to see CoD put on the list. But its not fantasy, but still the best first person mp shooter out there.

Red Alert 3 is a fun rts. Also, and this is a big maybe, but there is always Civilization IV/V. They're not exactly sci-fi, but there are some mods that add space travel and what not. I'll look into it further.

1.) Aliens vs. Predator - Xbox 360/PC - Versus Mode, Co-op Survival Mode.

.......plz? B)

1.) Star Ruler - PC - Versus Mode

2.) Sins of a Solar Empire - PC - Versus Mode

Both of the above are RTS games set in space. The battles are fought between ships ranging from the size of a fighter to a capital ship the size of a small moon. (That's no small moon- that's a space station!) :obiwan:

1.) Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War - PC - Versus Mode (Expansions: Space Marine, Soulstorm, Dark Crusade)

2.) Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II - PC - Versus Mode (Expansions: Chaos Rising, Retribution)

Genre: Sci-Fi/Fantasy-RTS

1.) Gratuitous Space Battles - PC - Versus Mode (Expansions: The Order, The Tribe, The Swarm, The Nomads)

Genre: Sci-Fi/Fantasy-RTS

1.) Section 8 - PC/Xbox 360 - Versus Mode

2.) Gears of War - Xbox 360 - Versus Mode/Co-op Survival/Co-op Campaign

3.) Gears of War 2 - Xbox 360 - Versus Mode/Co-op Survival/Co-op Campaign

Genre: Sci-Fi/Fantasy-FPS

(I am surprised that noone has posted the Gears of War series here yet, given the Halo fanboys.)

(Section 8 is easily 10x better than any of the Halo games. Down with Halo.)

Crysis 2, New Mortal Kombat.

Crysis does sound great as well, since it's sci-fi. The upcoming Crysis 2 and the already released Crysis Wars are both the online games.

Keep the good ideas coming in guys, remember you can think of PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 games. We love hearing ideas from you the members.

Frontline Missions Evolved or Supreme Commander 2, both could make excellent additions to the PC library of games the DJB allows.

Global Agenda. its free sci-fi 3rd person shooter mmorpg.

I think Crysis 2 would be a good game to add to the DB. I just found out that they released a map editor, so perhaps we can create some star wars looking maps to battle on (high-res death star?).

Wolf Team is a decent MMO that to my knowledge doesn't take up to much RAM, First person shooter, can play free.

Also an active Star Wars Community on Second Life, Takes up more RAM then expected but less then others of its kind that I am aware of, can play free, and could build your own stuff. Free Star Wars stuff should not be to hard to find.

Wow this has gone dead. Anyway, I'd like to see some Minecraft. Think of making obstacle courses, with the best time winning. An all out free for all. As well as CTT based off of a Rooster Teeth application. Thoughts?
