I have just received a scam, presumably thru this site, as this is the only site I use this specific email account for, I was wondering if there was a site where you could submit the scam email?

I would say to send a copy to Jac. Make sure you tell him everything you can about the account (how long you've had it, that you only use it for the DJB, etc.).
There are still some loopholes in the DJB site's security that allows someone who has enough ambition to obtain addresses.
