Fx Saber Soundboards

I just purchased a Force-FX ANH Vader conversion from Ultrasabers and it's awesome! It's got the Master Replicas soundboard and a cyan Lux 3 LED, topped off by Ultrasabers' AOTC Anakin chrome emitter shroud for an aesthetic touch. It's everything I ever dreamed of owning as a kid, but now the more I learn about FX sabers, the more there is to want! I came close to buying one of Jeff Parks beautiful (though far less bright) EL sabers, but without the soundboard it loses half the fun, imo. I've seen Parks Sabers modded with soundboards, but given his thin, authentically proportioned hilts, that's well beyond my novice electrical and soldering skills.

So now I'd very much like to cobble together a Lux 5 (or is K2 superior?), perhaps utilizing The Saber Shop's Modular Hilt System, but I need a strong enough soundboard to support it. And it's gotta have flicker! Plecter Labs' legendary Crystal Core V3 is out of stock for the foreseeable future, and from reviews I've read, Ultrasabers' Ultrasound (aka S.T.E.V.E.) has developed several severe tech issues. So I'm on the hunt for a third option. Any suggestions are appreciated!

I recieved the maul FX staff last year for my B Day and it's one fine piece of lightsaber heh

Since my last post I've accumulated six of these things eBay is so evil. I'm hooked!

-MR LED "Anakin ROTS" w\/ MR soundboard -- I intend to have this converted to a Royal Blue Lux III at The Custom Saber Shop.
-Concept Props Green Lux III "Quinlan Vos"-- stunt saber, no sound
-Ultrasabers/Darkside Customs Blazing Red Lux III "Overlord" w/ UltraSound <--- so, so bada$$ >:)

I also just picked up a custom Anakin AOTC hilt which I'll be installing with a Lux V and the Crystal Focus V3 soundboard, when it's released.

They're all over eBay. Also, Hasbro has just received the licensing deal, so new fx sabers are coming this summer.

There are two sabersmiths I know of that make Sidious luxeons, or variations thereof. It's not easy to do because it's such a small hilt. I think they use a 3/4" polycarbonate blade instead of the usual 1". It's a little less bright, but still brighter than the MR Force FX LEDs and unlike Force FX, they're fully duelable.
