According to your clans promotion guide, thats one of three things you need to complete to get Novice. You may want to check out the other steps here - http://www.satalketo.net/advance.php - Not too difficult. You need to create your ACC Character Sheet and complete the Shadow Academy test of skill.

This is a guide to help you create your character sheet properly so that it gets approved. http://www.darkjedibrotherhood.com/dbjedi/...dium.asp?Part=3

After logging in with your pin and pass on the DB site, scroll down to your admin options until you see subscribe to the ACC. Then use that above link to help you fill it out.

As for the Test of Skill... http://www.darkjedibrotherhood.com/dbjedi/...y/sa/index.html

Go to the SA Site (above link) and click on Order Studies. Then, scroll down until you see Sith Courses. You'll want to do the Test of Agility (unless you don't own XWA or XvT or TIE) and the Core Exam. Then email your QUA/AED and tell them that you've accomplished all the required objectives and you should get your promotion.

Thank you that is most helpful (is there a repping system to reward those that are helpful).
What test should i do as the only Star Wars Game I currently own is Jedi Academy

In that case you'll want to do the Test of Strength (I think it's Strength) which is the JO/JA one. All you have to do is one of the "Tests of ... ", of which there are three choices: writing one, JO/JA one and XvT/XWA one.

I would put where he was born, (the planet) his age, hair color, race, distinguishing marks like scars, and what his view of the sith is.
