Mace had him beat, so in the end Mace would have won, but because of the opening Anakin gave Sidious, Sidious won. Hope that helps.

Sidious would have won easily. He killed three Jedi masters in less than a minute. He knew Anakin was coming, and he played oppossum to force Anakin to choose sides. Sidious knew that Anakin's betrayal of the Jedi would tip him to the dark side.
