Problem With Submitting A Challenge

I am attempting to send a challenge for my INI qualification match and upon completion of the form I receive the following.

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e2f'

Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'working', table 'realdb_sql.dbo.ACC_Challenge'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.

I am not 100% sure what it means but I am certain that it means that my submission didn't work.

Would this have something to do with the recent mishap with SQL or is it possibly something else?

There's issues with a couple of things, challenges, posting to battles, and some other stuff that people have mentioned. I have forwarded those emails onto Jac. I'll see if I can find out from him what might be the issue when he has time to catch me up on it. I'm not sure what the problem is.
